03
What is a Printable/Digital file?
A Printable file is just that ... print + able ... a file that you're "able" to "print" from the comfort of your own home. If you feel your personal printer is not up for the job you can upload your files to a thumb-drive and have them printed at your local printer or office store.
04
Where do I get Printable files printed?

There are many options (and places) to get your files printed:
• From the comfort of your home!
• Staples Office Store
• Office Max
• Office Depot
• Fed Ex
• Kinko's
• Walmart
• Some Target's
• CVS
• Walgreen's
• Your local print shop
If you decide to print at any of the locations mentioned above you may have the option to order your prints "online" or you can go to the actual store with your design (downloaded on a thumb-drive).
05
What type of paper should I have my Printable files printed on?

When you're ready to print your designs, 65-130lb white card stock paper is the best choice. If you want to add a little of "shine" or "gloss" to your prints then you should consider printing your designs on (regular) full sheets of photo paper. If you're working on wedding stationery I would suggest testing out "pearl" paper (usually printed on Laser Printers). If you do not have a Laser Printer to print your designs with, you should ask one of the local office stores mentioned above if they have "pearl" paper available for your designs and if not... can you purchase the paper and have them print your designs for you.
06
I had my files printed and the colors do not match the files you submitted to me... what happend?

Printed colors may vary from one printer to another, typically my designs are created in RGB mode which works great with Inkjet Printers. When you're uploading your designs to local print shops for printing they usually print your designs on a Large Format Printer or Laser Jet Printer (which prints in CMYK mode). There are so many different printers and printing variations that it would be hard to explain or control the color variations of any design. We recommend doing a "test page" with a couple of printers to figure out which one meets your standards and expectations. Refunds are not available if your design doesn't meet your expectations when printed (We have no control over the Vendor's printers you've decided to print your designs with), you are paying for our designs and the time it takes to custom make your design.
07
What supplies do I need for a Printable file?

For nice and clean cuts we recommend purchasing a small inexpensive trimmer from any craft store such as Michael's Crafts, Jo-Ann's Fabrics, Hobby Lobby, etc. (and don't forget to search online for your 40% off coupon before going to ANY craft store). Nice and sharp scissors are great and can get the job done as well.
Depending on your theme (or project) we recommend embellishing your stationery with ribbon and/or rhinestones to add a unique and special touch. Other items/supplies you may find useful when assembling your printable designs include the following:
• Various Hole Punches
• Double Sided Sticky Tape
• Regular Scotch Tape
• Hot Glue (and Hot Glue Gun)
• Wooden Dowels (for Centerpieces)
• Regular Full Sheets of Sticker Paper (for Label/Sticker designs)
08
Would I be able to submit my own Clipart/Illustrations?

Yes, as long as you "own" the appropriate copyrights/commercial license to reproduce designs with your file. Also, please make sure that any file you submit is high resolution 300 dpi or in vector format.
09
What forms of payment does ED accept?

We accept all online transactions through PayPal. Please note that having a PayPal account is not required.
10
How do I place an Order?

You can place your order for any premade digital designs through our Online Shop, all other inquiries please feel free to - email us - and we will be more than happy to assist you with your custom design inquiries.
11
I'm not happy with my final design ... now what?

If you're forwarded a proof and you're not satisfied with the end result, we would be more than happy to assist you with revisions for your design. Each design comes with three free (minor) revisions, any revisions thereafter will be assessed at a fee of $5.00-$10.00 per revised design (depending on the complexity of the revision). If there is a mistake/error on our part we will make the revision for you free of charge.
Please keep in mind spelling/grammatical errors on your end are not our responsibility. Majority (if not all) of the designs we work on are "copy/pasted" from your text into our templates. Sometimes we're able to catch these errors, and will typically contact you to verify any changes that need to be made. However, if for some reason we do not catch these errors and you've forwarded to me text/wording with errors and "approved" your final design (or proof) you will be charged $5.00-$10.00 for your revised design.
12
You've revised my design and I'm still not happy with it... do you provide refunds?

No Refunds are offered at this time. Remember, buyers are paying for services which require time and effort from us.
